~ Review and consultation of Wedding Style and Budget Management.
~ Ongoing professional advice and guidance consultation via email and phone.
~ Establish Color Combinations, Theme and Design Concepts.
~ Offer Vendor Information that meet Clients' style and budget (Photographers,Videographers, DJs, Bands, Stationers, Linens, Lighting, Chairs, Rentals, Bakery, Transportation, Officiants, Hair and Make-up Artists, Tuxedos, etc)
~ Set up and attend meetings with florists and follow up meetings.
~ Includes chair rental recommendations and placing order for client if applicable.
~ Optional upgrades and place orders for other rental items (Linens, Lighting, Dance Floor, Lounge Furniture, Draping, etc)
~ Offer Vendor(s) Information that meet Client’s style and budget (Photographers,
~ Videographers, DJs, Bands, Stationers, Linens, Lighting, Chairs, Rentals, Bakery, Transportation, Officiants, Hair and Make-up Artists, Tuxedos, etc)
~ Assist with wording and proofing of stationery for save the date cards and invitations.
~ Review proposals and terms of final contracts with attended referred service providers.
~ Assist with the selection of party favors.
~ Attend Menu Selection/ Banquet Set up Meeting with catering manager and client.
~ Onsite coordination and management of entire wedding day.
~ Handle final payments and gratuities to vendors.
~ Every wedding Includes 1 assistant. Additional assistants may be required for specific locations, larger weddings and/or multiple locations.
